1. Returns


Due to the nature of our food products (like Dry Fruit, Khajur & Honey), we do not accept returns once the package is opened or used.


Returns are only accepted if:


The product is damaged, leaking, or expired on arrival.


The wrong product was delivered.




2. Return Process


To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email/phone number] with your order ID and a clear photo/video of the issue.


Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.



3. Refunds


If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.


Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
